With due consideration to the evolving coronavirus pandemic, and primary concern for the health of our attendees and participants, we have made the decision to cancel the Batsto Living History Education Days (April 24 & 25) event.

Come see a variety of crafters demonstrating their work in the lower village.

This is a living history event designed to let you see first hand the types of items / products that would have been produced at Batsto during the 18th & 19th centuries.

The historic Batsto Post Office; one of only four in the United States authorized to hand cancel mail without the application of a zip code, will be open for interpretation and cancellation of your stamped mail.

Toby Kroll will be keeping the fire hot and hammering away in the Blacksmith shop and the Wheelwright shop will be busy with carpenters.

All of this in addition to being able to tour the famous Batsto mansion.

Best of all… this is a free event!

Keep checking back for more details.
